The quote states the areas to be cleaned and any disassembly. Thermal paste, thermal pads, liquid-metal work, parts and fault diagnosis are not included unless separately assessed and agreed.
PS5 M.2 expansion fitting
£49 labour + SSD/cooling
A compatible expansion SSD and suitable cooling are required. Hardware is quoted for the requested capacity.
PS4 SATA SSD replacement
Fixed quote for your console and SSD
Fitting, official system-software reinstallation and agreed checks. Used drives are identified as used, checked before supply and specified on your quote. Backup/restore help and game downloads are agreed separately.

Cleaning removes accessible dust; it is not a guaranteed cure for noisy fans, overheating, shutdowns or other faults. Tell me about existing symptoms before booking.
No cleaning liquids are applied inside a powered console. Liquid damage, pest contamination and board repair are outside this cleaning service. I check safe access and tooling for the model before accepting it.
This is a storage upgrade, not a promise of higher frame rates or better game graphics.
Console and drive requirements must be checked before parts are ordered. A USB external drive does not run every PS5 game directly.
The existing system drive is not replaced as part of PS5 M.2 expansion fitting. Back up supported saves and important data before the visit.
Supplied parts and workmanship have a 30-day guarantee. Statutory rights remain additional. Travel up to 30 minutes each way from Sudbury is included.
